All sales are final once your item has been purchased and dispatched. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues or items no longer wanted after purchase. The only exception is if we purchase or deliver the wrong item on your behalf in which case we will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before the item has been purchased on your behalf. Once we have purchased your item cancellations are not accepted.
