Any US store. For Amazon and 30+ popular stores (Walmart, Target, Sephora, Ulta, Nike, SKIMS and more), we fill in the price automatically when you paste a link. For other stores, just type the price in yourself.
Delivery is door to door: $8 per lb in Lagos and $10 per lb anywhere else in Nigeria. Customs duty is included, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
We estimate the weight from the type of items you choose, plus a little for packaging. The final cost is confirmed when your package is weighed at our US warehouse.
Shipping companies charge for the space a package takes up, not just its weight. We charge whichever is higher: the actual weight, or the volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height in inches ÷ 139). A 13 × 9 × 5 inch sneaker box counts as 4.2 lb, even if the sneakers weigh 3 lb.
We ship to Nigeria every Wednesday. Items that reach our US warehouse by Tuesday 9 am US Central Time (3 pm Lagos time; 4 pm from November to mid-March) go out that Wednesday; anything later goes the following Wednesday. Delivery takes 10-15 business days from the day it ships, with tracking along the way.
Yes. We photograph your items at our US warehouse — the box, and the item itself whenever it can be opened — and send you the photos. If anything is wrong, tell us before the Wednesday shipment; no reply means it ships as shown.
Yes, before it leaves the US. If something is wrong, tell us when you see the photos and we return it to the store. The service fee is not refundable, and once your package has left the US we can no longer accept returns.
You pay securely in Naira through Paystack. Amazon orders are paid right on our checkout page; for other stores, we confirm your order and send you the payment details. No dollar card or US address needed.
Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack with bank-level (PCI DSS) security, and your card details never touch our system. We will never ask you to pay outside havensempire.com or the payment details we send you.
Phones, laptops and perfume ship fine. Items with large batteries — like hoverboards, e-scooters and power stations — can’t travel by air. If you’re unsure, message us before you order.
Insurance covers your item if it is lost or damaged in transit. It costs 5% of your item price plus tax, and we recommend it for items over $500.
